Am I able to make a claim?

If you have been diagnosed with Mesothelioma in the last 3 years, you may be able to make a claim for compensation. If you are claiming on behalf of a deceased relative, you have 3 years from the date your relative passed away.

What if the diagnosis was over 3 years ago?

Under certain circumstances, there may be exceptions to the 3 year limitation period, especially if it is only a few months over 3 years.

How long does a claim take to settle?

Every mesothelioma case is different, straight forward cases often take between 6-12 months. Larger, more complex cases are likely to take longer, especially if exposure to asbestos occurred many years ago and at several different companies. It may then take longer to trace the companies and their insurers.

Will I have to go to court?
